Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

My stay had a perfect location near the Charles Bridge. The staff provided immediate support whenever I needed something. The room was also warm, which I appreciated during the winter weather.
The hotel did not have air conditioning. The windows proved difficult to open, and some had cracked glass. This made it hard to get fresh air into the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful . One staff member, Bilguun, was especially helpful. He provided amazing assistance with all my needs.

uneven experience near charles bridge
broken air conditioningstreet noise
my room were a bit stuffy, really. i mean, the air conditioning seems broken or something, it just recirculated the same warm air. opening the window helped a little, but then the street noise came pouring in all night. and also, the minibar it wasn't refilled daily, so i always had to ask for water. so annoying, right?

i appreciated the location near the charles bridge. outdoor restaurants were also close by and exceeded my expectations. the morning breakfast was abundant. it was comfortable too.
the receptionist entered my room unexpectedly. he said he didn't have my data despite me giving my id at check in. this was an enraging violation of my privacy. i found it completely disgusting.

the location was acceptable it was close to charles bridge
the room lacked air conditioning and it was unbearable i had to keep the windows open all night because it was hot. insects came inside the room because there were no insect screens at the windows making it hard to sleep i barely felt the provided fan.

The hotel's location proved ideal for exploring. It was very close to Charles Bridge! Breakfast included many options! It reminded me of a hearty meal.
The hotel lacked air conditioning, it was true. Our room became very hot. Opening the windows introduced bugs, this made sleep difficult.
